Served hot or cold, this soup is fabulous
Yield: Makes about 3-1/2 cups.
1 | can | (10-3/4 oz.) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup | |

1 | soup can water | ||
|
|||
1/2 | cup | light cream | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | applesauce | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | shredded coconut | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | curry powder | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | garlic salt | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | onion powder | |
|
|||
1 | avocado, sliced | ||
|
In saucepan, combine all ingredients except avocado. Heat; stir occasionally. Top each serving with avocado.
For chilled soup: Prepare recipe as above; chill 6 hours. Serve in chilled bowls. Recipe compliments of Campbell's
