1/4 | cup | grated Parmesan cheese | |

2 | Tablespoons | taco seasoning mix | |

4 | boneless chicken breast halves | ||

4 | slices | pepper Jack cheese | |

4 | hamburger buns | ||
|
|||
1/4 | cup | mayonnaise | |
|
|||
4 | lettuce leaves | ||
|
|||
1/4 | cup | chunky salsa | |
|
Preheat grill.
Combine Parmesan cheese and taco seasoning mix; blend well. Coat chicken breast halves with cheese mixture.
Grill chicken for 12 to 18 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once or twice. Top each chicken breast half with cheese slice to melt.
Toast buns on grill during last 30 seconds of cooking chicken. Spread mayonnaise on bottom halves of buns. Top with lettuce leaf, chicken, 1 tbsp salsa and top half of bun.
