Heat oil over medium-high heat in large nonstick skillet. Add pork; stir-fry about 5 minutes or until pork is lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients except sesame seeds. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Simmer 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are completely softened and vegetables are crisp-tender.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired, before serving.
*Save seasoning packets from noodles for another use or discard.
