1/4 | cup | finely chopped onion | |

2 | cups | diced carrots, cooked and drained | |

1/3 | cup | Pet Evaporated Milk | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
Few grains pepper | |||
|
Cook onion in hot oil over medium heat until tender. Stir in carrots, evaporated milk, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat stirring gently until sauce coats the carrots and is slightly thickened. Serve hot.
